What is the insanity workout schedule?
Insanity is a popular 60 day workout program created by BeachBody®. In BeachBody’s own words “The INSANITY® workout might just be the hardest fitness program ever put on DVD”
The program does not rely on weights or equipment. It’s based on quick bursts of rapid action that leverage your whole body. Otherwise known as plyometrics exercises.
The program is comprised of a DVD set, a calendar, and a book on what to eat.
The idea is that if you perform the exercises on a daily basis as outlined on the calendar you should see significant results in 60 days.
